Are you Realtors who just want to list my house?

  

Absolutely not! Good Faith Home Buyers is a group of real estate investors that buys houses in neighborhoods just like yours from people like you. We’re NOT Realtors and we’re NOT associated with any real estate agency. We are not interested listing your house, we want to buy your house and may be able to do so immediately!

If I submit your Seller Questionnaire, when will I ever hear from you?

     

As soon as we receive your Seller Questionnaire, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don’t hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away.


Is it better to call or contact you via your online Seller Questionnaire?

 That is really up to you. However, we do think it would be easier for you if you complete our Seller Questionnaire first, then we can review your information, research your property, and then discuss all the details with you when we call. Who buys houses in as-is condition?

 Most realtors will only list houses in good condition, since they know that most conventional buyers want a realtor to show them homes that they do not want to worry about the expense of doing repairs. If you want to sell in as-is condition to avoid the headaches and expense of doing the repairs yourself, you will want to work with someone who will buy your house for all cash. Cash buyers are not under scrutiny from a bank and will have more flexibility with buying your property if it needs repairs.
